Mi Healing's Healing Tea range is specially formulated by Dr Amy, with the goal of incorporating palatable Chinese Medicine in everyday life to help boost health preservation. Each exquisite selection works on a targeted health focus and is delicious for everyday consumption, either on its own or with a dash of honey!
Our entire range of Healing Tea is hygienically packed in biodegradable corn-fibre teabags; each teabag contains 100% plant-based herbs, without any additives.
Brewing instructions: Steep one teabag in 200ml boiling water (100°C) for at least 5 minutes. Note that amount of water and steeping time can be adjusted to personal preference. The longer the teabag steeps, the stronger the flavour. Each teabag can be re-steeped for at least 2-3 times, so usually you will not need more than one or two teabags a day. Alternatively, if you like to leave your teabag soaking, you can use one teabag in up to a 1L pot.
